Company Name Change: Due to business needs, and pursuant to a resolution passed at the shareholders’ meeting, the company’s name was approved for change to Anqing Shenghua Paper Packaging Co., Ltd. on March 28, 2013.

Company Establishment: On June 21, 2010, Anqing Shenghua Paper Co., Ltd. was officially established upon approval by the Huaining County Administration for Industry and Commerce. Trial production commenced in mid-September, and the company achieved full-scale production on October 6.

Celebrating the Move: In December 2012, leveraging existing land resources through the Huaining County Economic Development Zone, the company successfully acquired Plot No. 6 on Yueshan Avenue East and promptly initiated planning, project approval, and construction. By the end of September 2013, the construction of the factory buildings and landscaping had been substantially completed. On October 18, 2013, the company relocated to its new premises and resumed production. The company has also obtained certification under the Quality Management System and the Environmental Management System, as well as the FSC certificate.
